Controller
Amanda Aiken provides leadership and coordination of the company’s financial and operation performance as the Controller at CSS. In her role, Amanda directs the financial affairs of the organization and prepares financial analyses of operations, financial outlooks and forecasts. She is responsible for the company’s financial plan and polices, establishing its accounting practices, and fostering relationships with lending institutions and the financial community. Amanda’s commitment to precision and attention to detail elevates our organization, and we are happy she joined the team in 2008.
Amanda has over ten years of experience in both private and publicly held companies within the industries of Real Estate, Entertainment, Retail and Software. She brings experiences from coast-to-coast, having lived and worked in both New York City and Los Angeles, where she successfully transitioned all accounting functions in-house from an outsourced accounting firm, managed external audits, trained and developed team members, and held various levels of management positions throughout her career. Amanda is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
