Matt A. Halbgewachs
Matt Halbgewachs is the Regional Vice President, Enterprise Services, Western Region. In this role, Matt directs the Sales organization in districts west of the Mississippi River. Matt originally developed a presence for CSS in the South Central United States by delivering on the CSS philosophy of partnering with our clients to deliver business value through solving unique technical problems. Matt brings over 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing to his role at CSS.
In his current role, Matt is leading CSS’ central and western region to record growth. Matt’s work is deeply rooted in delivering exceptional value to CSS’ partners and customers. Matt believes that keeping it simple, focusing on customer satisfaction, and eliminating surprises, frustrations, and interruption to business will result in development of collaborative, long term relationships with customers.
Matt began his career at Schlumberger, working in the digital identity division developing, selling, and delivering authentication solutions to Fortune 50 customers. During his time at Schlumberger (later Axalto and then Gemalto), Matt held leadership roles in marketing, business development, and sales. Matt later returned to Schlumberger to spin off a security services division specialized in the Oil & Gas vertical in Houston, Texas. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
