Group health insurance coverage —CSS offers medical insurance through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. 100% of employee-coverage premiums are company paid for full-time employees.

Dental coverage —CSS offers a full dental plan through the Lincoln Financial Group. 100% of employee-coverage premiums are company paid for full-time employees.
Vision coverage —CSS offers a complete vision plan through VSP. 100% of employee-coverage premiums are company paid for full time employees.
Long-term disability insurance coverage —All full-time, salaried employees are eligible for long-term disability. 100% of employee-coverage premiums are company paid.
Short-term disability insurance coverage —All full-time, salaried employees are eligible for short-term disability. 100% of employee-coverage premiums are company paid.
Group life coverage —CSS offers $50,000 in company-paid life insurance to all full-time, salaried employees. Additional supplemental life insurance is available for employees and dependents. Life insurance coverage is provided through Aetna.
Voluntary Life Coverage —All employees are welcome to receive our group discounted rates for additional coverage.
Supplemental Coverage —CSS offers all employees the option to receive additional coverage through Aflac.
401(k) plan —CSS offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Employees are eligible to enroll on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Eligibility, medical, dental, vision, LTD, and life benefits are provided to all full-time, salaried employees, on the first of the month following 30 days after date of hire.
