CSS is committed to delivering superior, unparalleled customer service. No matter the metric, CSS has demonstrated that dedication is making a difference for its customers. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, CSS is asked to participate in a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) survey using TNS Global Market Research that is sponsored by Microsoft. CSS participates in customer satisfaction studies twice a year, benchmarking its performance over time, as well as comparing performance against other Microsoft partners.

In the most recent period surveys (the second half of 2011, CSS scored a perfect 200 on Microsoft’s NSAT scale (Net Satisfaction, 0-200 scale). CSS “rolling” score remains 25 points higher than other Microsoft partners.
When measuring both champions (those who are likely to recommend and likely to repurchase) and overall satisfaction, CSS continues to outperform the competition.
Taking a deeper look into the results of Microsoft’s sponsored customer satisfaction study shows CSS with perfect scores for multiple attributes and significantly exceeding other Microsoft partners worldwide.
