Job Description

The revenue performance manager is a key member of the Sales, Marketing and Channel team, and measures the performance of the company against its revenue targets. This role combines equal parts data analysis and business acumen – measuring what matters most to the growth of the company, whether it be at the top, middle or bottom of the funnel. This person understands the levers that unlock growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define, track and prepare structured analysis of metrics that drive revenue growth and provide insight into sales, marketing and channel performance and operational efficiency
  • Establish best practices for improving the use of Salesforce, HubSpot and other martech systems to attract, nurture and convert new buyers
  • Ensure our contact and account databases are positioned as the foundation of the revenue engine
  • Own revenue analytics and forecasting and provide visibility into company financial performance
  • Work with Sales, Marketing and Channel teams to design, document and implement process optimization
  • Analyze content consumption at the different stages of the buyer cycle and provide optimization recommendations
  • Optimize our engagement scoring and manage ongoing updates as needed
  • Define, develop and deliver an accurate marketing attribution and performance structure
  • Analyze channel performance and make recommendations for improvements to meet company objectives
  • Optimize our revenue infrastructure, and evaluate and integrate new tools and technology, working with IT and other functions as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s in marketing, business, computer science or related field
  • 5+ years marketing experience
  • Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Marketing and Sales Force Automation

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proven experience with online marketing, automation solutions, marketing systems and CRM including HubSpot, Salesforce, and SalesLoft
  • Ability to query, extract and interpret marketing data and form recommendations
  • Good understanding of online marketing practices and trends
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders, understand requirements, and drive a plan forward
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with developing sustainable processes to improve efficiency and maintain data integrity

COMPENSATION

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
